ルクで蒸し鍋☆タバスコ豆乳ソース添え

豆乳と練り胡麻のソースにタバスコをチョイ足ししてみました。COCOん家では定番の豆乳ソース、辛いもの好きのワタシとしては辛い系の調味料を足したくなってしまうのです。

材料

  • 豚しゃぶしゃぶ肉150g〜170g
  • かぼちゃ130g
  • ブロッコリー70g
  • 絹生揚げ1枚（150g）
  • 長ネギ1本
  • セリ（穂先の部分）適宜
  • 水本文参照

ピリ辛豆乳ソース
練り胡麻・・・・・・大さじ2
ポン酢しょう油・・・大さじ1＋1/2〜
砂糖・・・・・・・・小さじ1/4
調整豆乳・・・・・・大さじ3
タバスコ・・・・・・お好みの量

作り方

練り胡麻にポン酢しょう油、砂糖を加えて都度良く混ぜます。硬くなりますが、大丈夫。豆乳を加え、味見して調整。最後にタバスコを加えます。
かぼちゃは７〜８ミリにスライス。ブロッコリーは小房に分ける。生揚げとセリは食べ易くカット。長ネギは斜め薄切り。
鍋にクッキングペーパーを敷き、上に長ネギを敷きつめ、かぼちゃと生揚げをのせ、水80ccをふりかけ、ぴっちりフタをして中火で２分加熱。その後弱火に落として４分加熱。
豚肉とブロッコリーをのせて、水分が足りないようなら大さじ２ほど足し、フタをして更に４分加熱。豚肉に火が通り、南瓜が柔らかくなっていたら出来上がり。
タバスコ豆乳ソースをかけ、セリをトッピングして頂きます。辛いもの好きのCOCO達は更にタバスコをふっております。辛っ！うまっ！
ソースはちょいと多めです。野菜スティックやお豆腐にかけて使って下さい。
野菜の分量は実際に使った量です。お好みで増減して。ルクルーゼのビュッフェキャセロールでつくりましたが、普通の蒸し鍋やフライパンでも出来ると思います。フタから蒸気が逃げるタイプの鍋をお使いの際は水分量を調整して下さい。
