きのこの季節です。これもまた鎌田のだし醤油を使って作ります。
材料
- お米３合
- 生しいたけ３枚
- ぶなしめじ１袋
- えりんぎ１パック
- 鶏もも肉１００ｇ
- 油あげ１枚
- 鎌田だし醤油大匙４
- みりん大匙２
- お酒大匙２
作り方
きのこ類はいしづきを取り、お好みの大きさに刻む。鶏肉、アゲも同様に刻んでおく。
ただし、それぞれの材料は同じぐらいの大きさに切ること。
鎌田のだし醤油とみりん、お酒を加える（合計で１２０ｃｃになるぶん水をへらす）
上に刻んだ具材をいれて炊き上げます。
炊き上がったら、さっくりと混ぜ合わせて盛り付けます。お好みで三つ葉をトッピング。
