黒豆と栗の蒸パン

もう、おせちはあきちゃった！！残った黒豆、栗甘露煮（栗きんとん）をちょっとアレンジ！！おやつにいかがですか？

材料

  • 牛乳100ml
  • 卵1個（60g)
  • 丹波の黒豆甘露煮70g
  • 栗甘露煮6粒（72g)
  • ホットケーキミックス150g

作り方

ボールに卵と牛乳を入れ、よく混ぜ、ホットケーキミックスを加え混ぜる。
ボールに①の半量と黒豆の半量を入れ、混ぜ合わせる。プリンカップにアルミカップを入れ、八分目まで流し込む（4個）残りの豆を数粒ずつ上にのせる。
残りの①と4等分に切った栗の半量を入れ、混ぜ合わせる。プリンカップにアルミカップを入れ、八分目まで流し込む（4個）残りの栗を数粒ずつ上にのせる。
蒸し上がった蒸し器に並べ7分程蒸す。（竹串をさして生地がつかなければ出来上がり。）
